Coaching #1: Website Fundamentals

In coaching 1, participants are guided through the operations of their website. Everything from page creation to link application is covered over 5 weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions. All topics are covered a little or a lot, tailored to the needs of the participant and platform. Coaching sessions include related assignments meant to help you practice executing on the knowledge gained in each session.

  1. Manage files and URLs (naming, redirects, URL modifications)
  2. Craft copywriting and visuals for persona pairs
  3. Design Link Strategies for Lead Generation & Navigation
  4. Create & edit website pages (WordPress/HubSpot)
  5. Manage your website (WordPress or HubSpot)

Coaching #2: Digital Marketing Execution

In coaching 2, participants are coached in digital marketing best practices, from lead generation to search optimization, reputation management, to advanced forms implementation, which are covered over 6 weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions. All topics are covered a little or a lot, tailored to the needs of the participant and platform. Coaching sessions include related assignments meant to help you practice executing on the knowledge gained in each session.

  1. Blog for lead generation (and SEO)
  2. Put social media to work for business
  3. Personalize emails and automate forms
  4. Rank higher in search with better links
  5. Take advantage of local SEO (citations, reviews)
  6. Manage your reputation online

Coaching #3: Advanced Strategies

In coaching 3, participants discover high-value strategies meant to propel growth. Topics are covered over 8 weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions. All topics are covered a little or a lot, tailored to the needs of the participant. Coaching sessions include related assignments meant to execute on the knowledge gained in each session.

  1. Create and deploy a content hub to demonstrate your topical leadership
  2. Perform a SWOT on your competitor website(s)
  3. Enable online sales qualification with customized landing pages

In 2011, we stopped doing marketing projects for the money and discovered how to really grow our business, and yours.

If you've ever worked with an ad agency, web design firm, or even a law firm, you're likely familiar with buying services from companies who sell you what you want to buy. It's very common and the way most small businesses operate; as a vendor.

What many people aren't as familiar with are two alternatives to operating as a vendor. More experienced businesses discover Process and Performance; or Partner and Coach, respectively. We like those words a lot. They open an opportunity to change the discussion from, "how much does it cost" to something like, "if we do X can we improve our results by Y". It's a radically different discussion.

In 2011, we refocussed our services to help our clients succeed. And thus, have removed acting as a vendor from our approach. It has been replaced with a determination to provide leadership and empowerment instead.

In a nutshell, our mission is not to do more for you, but to put you in a position to do more for yourself.
